Price Label

Stamp the precise value of a swing high or low you plan to trade against, so the exact level is documented.

What it draws

The Price Label stamps a small tag showing the exact price of the point you click. It removes ambiguity about a level's value, displaying the number right on the chart instead of forcing readers to eyeball the axis.

How to draw it

  1. Pick Price Label from the left toolbar (Text & Annotations group).
  2. Click on the chart at the price you want labeled; a tag appears showing that exact value. Drag the label to snap it to a different price if needed.

How traders use it

  • Stamp the precise value of a swing high or low you plan to trade against, so the exact level is documented.
  • Label your planned entry, stop, and target prices on a setup chart before placing orders.
  • Mark the exact high and low of a session or opening range when sharing levels with others.

Settings reference

[Tab] Visibility checkbox + number range interval buckets: Ticks; Seconds 1–59; Minutes 1–59; Hours 1–24; Days 1–366; Weeks 1–52; Months 1–12; Ranges (each bucket has an on/off checkbox, most also a from–to range) visible on all intervals Per-timeframe visibility rules — untick a bucket to hide the drawing on those chart resolutions, or narrow the from–to range within a bucket.

Editing & managing

  • Move / adjust: drag the drawing or any anchor handle; magnet mode snaps points to OHLC values.
  • Clone / lock / hide / delete from the floating toolbar or right-click menu.
  • Templates: save the current style from the settings dialog and reapply it to new drawings.
  • Every action is undoable (⌘Z / Ctrl+Z).

Watch out for

  • The label shows the price where it was placed, not a live price, so it will not update if the level you meant to mark was slightly off.
