Flag Mark

Flag bars you want to revisit in your end-of-day review, then walk through the flags one by one.

What it draws

The Flag Mark plants a small flag icon at the bar and price you click. It is the fastest way to bookmark a spot on the chart for later attention, with no typing involved.

How to draw it

  1. Pick Flag Mark from the left toolbar (Text & Annotations group).
  2. Select the tool and click once where the flag should be planted; it appears immediately. Drag it afterwards to adjust the position.

How traders use it

  • Flag bars you want to revisit in your end-of-day review, then walk through the flags one by one.
  • Bookmark examples of a setup you are studying as you scroll through history, building a quick catalog.
  • Mark unresolved questions, like an unexplained volume spike, to research after the session closes.

Editing & managing

  • Move / adjust: drag the drawing or any anchor handle; magnet mode snaps points to OHLC values.
  • Clone / lock / hide / delete from the floating toolbar or right-click menu.
  • Templates: save the current style from the settings dialog and reapply it to new drawings.
  • Every action is undoable (⌘Z / Ctrl+Z).

Watch out for

  • Flags carry no text, so a chart full of them loses meaning quickly; pair each flag with a note or clean up flags once they are dealt with.
