What it draws
The Comment places a compact speech-bubble style annotation at a chosen bar and price. It reads as a quick remark attached to the action, lighter-weight than a callout and more visible than a collapsed note.
How to draw it
- Pick Comment from the left toolbar (Text & Annotations group).
- Click on the chart where the comment should attach, then type the remark and confirm. Select it later to edit the text or drag it to a new anchor.
How traders use it
- Drop quick remarks like 'failed retest' or 'strong close' at the bars where they happened during live markup.
- Annotate each decision point of a trade with a short comment to reconstruct your thinking afterwards.
- Leave brief observations on a shared chart for a teammate reviewing the same market.
Settings reference
Double-click the drawing (or use its floating toolbar → gear) to open settings:

Editing & managing
- Move / adjust: drag the drawing or any anchor handle; magnet mode snaps points to OHLC values.
- Clone / lock / hide / delete from the floating toolbar or right-click menu.
- Templates: save the current style from the settings dialog and reapply it to new drawings.
- Every action is undoable (⌘Z / Ctrl+Z).
Watch out for
- Comments hold only short remarks well; long text overflows the bubble's clean look, so switch to a note or callout for detailed writing.
