What it does
Moving Average Triple plots three moving averages of increasing length (for example 10, 20 and 50) to define trend with more nuance than a single pair. Full bullish alignment is fast above medium above slow; full bearish is the mirror. The middle average acts as an early-warning line between the trading signal and the trend filter.
How to add it
Click Indicators (ƒx) in the header.
Search “Moving Average Triple” and click the result.
Hover its legend row and click the gear to open settings.
How traders use it
- Trade only in the direction of full alignment: all three stacked and sloping the same way is the highest-conviction state.
- Entry trigger: the fast MA crossing the medium MA in the direction of the slow MA's slope (e.g., 10 over 20 while both are above the 50).
- The fast crossing back through the medium while the slow still points with the trend is a pullback, not a reversal; many traders add there.
- A cross of the medium through the slow is the serious trend-change warning that closes remaining positions.
- The braid tightening (all three converging) marks consolidation; expect a directional resolution and avoid signals inside the braid.

Plots & styling
| Plot | Style | Default color |
|---|---|---|
| Plot 1 | line | #FF6D00 |
| Plot 2 | line | #2196F3 |
| Plot 3 | line | #26C6DA |
Every plot's color, line width and visibility can be changed on the Style tab. Precision, price-scale labels and status-line values are configurable at the bottom of the Style tab.
Tips
- Its price-scale label can be switched off per-indicator at the bottom of the Style tab if the axis gets crowded.
- Drag the indicator to its own pane from the legend ⋯ menu if it crowds the price chart.
- Double-click any of its lines to jump straight into the settings dialog.
Watch out for
- Three lagging lines mean late entries and late exits; a large part of V-shaped moves happens before alignment.
- In ranges the fast and medium averages weave constantly, so alignment-based systems need a chop filter.
